In this bonus episode, I wanted to share a full 2-minute breathing meditation that you can listen to ANYTIME you are needing to slow down, relax, and fire up your metabolism. I introduced this concept in episode 12 and thought it would be helpful to have the full version available. You can listen to this if you're experiencing stress at work, before a meal, or any time you need help relaxing!
With the 5-5-7 breathing pattern, you'll inhale for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, and exhale for 7 seconds.
